PHILOSOPHY
Benefit Plan administration has evolved well beyond
simply the processing and payment of submitted claims.
Effective cost control in today's managed care environment
requires specialized software and the ongoing application
of medical expertise to ensure that all submitted claims
accurately represent the services performed.
An administrator must combine experience with technology-
experienced individuals supported by the latest technology-
to effectively manage the claims process. Where experience
is valuable to the process, experience blended with
technology is invaluable.
MCC's Benefit Plan Administration services were built
on MCC's extensive background in managed care. At MCC,
the fundamentals of claims administration take on a
different look.
